DELIVERIES TO THE EU

For our customers within the European Union, your order may be subject to Import VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees once it reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient. Should any fees arise, your courier will usually contact you directly before delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES (OUTSIDE the EU) 

For destinations beyond the EU, customs and import regulations vary. Your parcel may incur duties, taxes, or administrative fees upon arrival. These are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient. 

While customs processing times can differ from country to country, we provide accurate documentation with every shipment to help ensure a seamless journey.
